Summary

the Kutchi people in Gujarat India have revived an ancient technique of building houses with mud and bamboo, called bhunga. These houses are circular in shape and have conical roofs, which make them stable and resistant to lateral forces. They also have small windows and doors, which reduce the risk of collapse.
